Virtual Lessons Now Available

VIRTUAL LESSONS
With the current restrictions making life difficult for us all, I’ve kicked the technology into gear and am now available for Virtual lessons via Zoom (or similar).
Virtual lessons mean that I can still support all my clients to achieve their training and (eventually!) competition goals even though we can’t get together on the same arena. I know we’re all looking forward to the time when restrictions are eased but in the meantime, let’s train with purpose and use this time to work hard on achieving all that we can.
HOW THEY WORK
To successfully conduct a virtual lesson you will need;
- A Zoom, WhatsApp or Messenger account
- Someone to video you (or a Pixio/Pixem type product)
- Good quality internet
- Bluetooth headphones with a good range or a separate phone that you can carry with headphones connected.
5 minutes before our allocated lesson time, you’ll call me using our agreed application (I will have provided you with all of the details prior to the lesson). Once connected, we’ll test that the image and audio is working. If you don’t have Bluetooth headphones you can call me on a separate phone to ensure that is also working before commencing our lesson.
HOW TO BOOK
To book a virtual lesson please give me a call on 0417 859 086 and we can work out all the details.
VIDEO REVIEW
If you’re not in a position to book a virtual lesson but would like some help with any aspect of your training, a video review could help.
With a video review, you’ll send me a short video of one of your training sessions and, after I’ve reviewed it, we’ll discuss what you’re experiencing and work through a course of action that will help.
IN PERSON LESSONS
I am still available for teaching here at my property in Lancefield and surrounds, however am unable to travel into Stage 4 areas or have anyone in Stage 4 travel to me.
I’m here to help in whatever way I can so please give me a call and we can talk about what works best for you.
